About Me

I am a visual artist who grew up in Japan and now call Saskatoon, Canada, home.

With my signature cozy and heartwarming style, I've illustrated over ten picture books published in both Japan and Canada, contributed to local magazines, and designed surface patterns for various products.

Rooted in my Japanese heritage, my current work explores the evolving meaning of “home.” Through storytelling, I reflect on themes of identity, memory, and belonging — especially in a world where people, places, and time are constantly shifting.

Beyond my personal practice, I'm passionate about empowering fellow artists. On my YouTube channel, I share creative insights, practical advice, and honest conversations about the artistic journey.

My mission is to rediscover and redefine what “home” means through art — and to invite others to explore that journey alongside me.
